About Us
Welcome to the PAMHI Foundation. Our mission is clear: to champion exceptional mental health, proactively combat mental health challenges, and safeguard the dignity of individuals living with mental health conditions, not only in Africa but across the globe. In a world where mental health conditions now account for the loss of 1 in every 5 years of healthy living, as highlighted by the World Health Organization, and where recent research in Sub-Saharan Africa reveals a concerning prevalence of substance use among adolescents at 41.6%, our foundation emerges as a beacon of hope. We are here to bridge the gap and provide the support needed to address these critical issues. Join us on our journey to promote mental well-being, prevent challenges, and foster a brighter future for all. Together, we can make a profound difference.
